FORMER Flying Fijian prop Joeli Veitayaki has called on Fijians in New Zealand to support the Ratu Sukuna Memorial School under-16 rugby team which left Fiji on Thursday. In his Facebook post, Veitayaki called on supporters to help the team with training gears.
“Whatever you can offer them, especially rugby boots and to all my rugby mates, if you got stuff that you are not using anymore and you want to donate it to the school boys, we will appreciate your help,” the former prop wrote.
The RSMS rugby team will be playing five matches in NZ in Auckland, Waikato and Bay of Plenty. The team will meet the Te Puke High School team today. They were hosted by the school for a meal and watched the Super Rugby match last night before their big clash today.
