Rishikul Sanatan awarded best dance group

STUDENTS of Rishikul Sanatan College got the crowd on their feet with their performance last night, and deservingly won the best dance group award at the Kula Fiji Link dance competition.

The 28-member dance group celebrated in style as they marched up on stage to receive their $1500 prize money.

Attorney General and Minister for Education Aiyaz Sayed-Khaiyum in his address said all of the participants were winners because their hard work reflected in the performances.

Khalsa College of Ba won first runner-up while Korovuto College of Nadi won second runner-up.

The 13th annual Kula Film award was held at the FMF Gymnasium in Suva.

Best Costume – Latter Day Saints (LDS)
Commendable performance – Marist Brothers High School (MBHS) and Saqani High School
Best male dancer – Jeremiah Ravulo (QVS)
Best female dancer – Anudakhsha Chandra (Rishikul Sanatan College)
