SOCIAL Democratic Liberal Party (SODELPA) leader Sitiveni Rabuka has filed for voir dire in the case against him.

His lawyer Filimoni Vosarogo told Magistrate Joji Boseiwaqa that they had filed voir dire grounds last Monday.

Mr Vosarogo also submitted a bail variation application since Mr Rabuka will be traveling a lot in preparation for the upcoming elections.

Their request was granted and Mr Rabuka is required to write a letter to Fiji Independent Commission Against Corruption (FICAC) prior to his travel instead of appearing in court to make bail variation.

The matter has been adjourned to July 6 for mention.
