THE National Fire Authority and police are investigating a structural fire which occurred in the Western Division on Friday.
Police spokeswoman Ana Naisoro said the structure was a Government staff quarters situated at Nabuna Street in Tavua.
“The three-bedroom home occupied by the District Officer of Tavua was completely destroyed by fire with its contents,” she said.
“The house was vacant. There were no casualties.”
Investigations into the cause of the fire are continuing.
