BALLANTINE Memorial School is the team to beat at the 2018 Fiji Secondary Schools Powerade Super Deans Women’s Rugby Sevens Championship underway at Bidesi Park in Suva.
The Lami-based school thumped Ovalau 31-nil while they won by default against Gospel High School.
In other matches, Sacred Heart College thumped Nasinu 26-nil, Nuku Secondary beat Thomas Baker 17-5, Jasper beat Uprising 19-nil while Napuka Secondary accounted for Nuku 14-12.
The final will be played this afternoon at Suva’s ANZ Stadium as a curtain raiser to the Under-18 grade Boys final.
