WITH the second phase of the Fijian Elections Office recruitment drive ending today, Fijians can view whether their applications have been successful from the office website.
The website now contains a list of applicants who are to undergo training.
More than 500 names listed on 40 pages have been uploaded on to the website including those that have been endorsed to receive training allowances.
The second phase of the recruitment process started on January 18 in the Central, Western and Northern divisions, including Kadavu.
Fijians wanting to be part of the 17,000 people needed for this year’s election can visit FEO’s Central Divisional Office at the corner of Victoria Pde and Gordon St today between 9am and 4pm.
In the Western Division, the recruitment drive is being held at the Western Divisional Office, Naviyago Community Hall, from 9am to 4pm.
A team will also be at the Sorokoba and Votua community halls in Ba today from 9am to 1pm and 2pm to 5pm respectively.
At Koronisagana Community Hall in Keiyasi, a team will be present today from 10am to 4pm.
In the Northern Division, a FEO team will be at the Northern Divisional Office in Labasa from 9am to 4pm and at the Suncity Supermarket on Taveuni from 9am to 5pm.
For those in the Eastern Division, the team will be in Namalata (9am-4pm), Natumua (9am-12noon) and Ratu Nacagilevu Community Hall (2pm-5pm).
