Police IDC: East one team crowned champs

EAST one were crowned the new champions of the Kontiki Finance Police IDC after defeating West one in a penalty shootout 4-2 at Nasova grounds earlier this afternoon.

Police Sukuna Bowl football team manager Assistant Superintendent of Police Surend Prasad  said he was content with the outcome of the tournament as it provided the necessary platform for the Police football team heading into the Sukuna Bowl.

An extended squad will be selected from the final that will feature in the Sukuna Bowl football competition against Army in November.
