Police charge man with murder for wife’s death

THE 34-year-old man alleged to have murdered his wife of the same age in their home in Dreketi, Somosomo, Taveuni, has been charged.
Police spokesperson Ana Naisoro said the man had been charged with one count of murder.
Ms Naisoro said the accused would be escorted from Taveuni later today and would be produced at the Labasa Magistrates Court.
