PAPUA New Guinea’s Prime Minister Peter O’Neill this morning visited the Fiji Police Force Academy at Nasova in Suva.
The visit was attended by the Commissioner of Police Brigadier -General Sitiveni Qiliho and most of the senior officers of the force.

The visitation allowed Police Officers to showcase the work they do on a daily basis, which at times puts them in volatile situations where they are forced to respond accordingly.

Mr O’Neill was pleased with the display shown by the officers and thanked Brig-Gen Qiliho for allowing him to witness the fruits of training Fijian officers undergo.

Mr O’Neill was escorted to the Nausori Airport by the Commissioner of Police.

He is expected to return to PNG today.
