Mr Curr said the focus of support by the NZ government to date had been on the technical aspects.
“Aspects on how to run an election here and issues ranging to the back office systems that are required to staff training’s and whole technicality processes that need to be run efficiently for an election to be successful , transparent and fair,” Mr Curr said.
“We are also providing support for the deputy supervisor of election position. NZ and other countries have providing some technical assistance to FEO as it prepares for the elections this year.”
