HSBC World Rugby Sevens Series Singapore tournament player of the final Waisea Nacuqu dedicated his 7s success to his loved ones in Votua Village, Ba. Nacuqu scored two crucial tries in the final and played a hand in the Alasio Naduva’s winning try against Australia to win the tournament.

The try enabled Fiji to topple South Africa from top of the points table and leads the pack with 145 points. South Africa is in second spot with 141 while New Zealand and Australia recorded 120 and 108 respectively.

The team returns on Wednesday morning.
