THE Motibhai Group of Companies hosted its 12th Bushells Fiji’s Biggest Morning Tea today to assist those journeying through the fight against cancer.

Motibhai Group marketing and business development manager Abraham Gomes said this was the 12th year in a row that the Motibhai group had been partnering as a major sponsor by joining hands with the Fiji Cancer Society.

He said their journey towards the fight against cancer starts with screening, early detection, treatment and post-operative care.

“The timeframe for this fundraising event starts officially from the beginning of June to the end of September every year,” Mr Gomes said.

“Even though we at Motibhai Group could call ourselves as the major sponsor, but the actual contribution which makes a very big difference is through the generous giving attitude which each and every one present here carry in your heart.”

Mr Gomes also encouraged those present at the event to host similar morning tea in their various offices to assist those who are going through the fight against cancer.

The event was held at the Motibhai’s Group Office in Walu Bay, Suva.
