Mother charged with failure to provide necessities

A 21-YEAR-old woman charged with failure to provide necessities has been granted bail by Nasinu Magistrate Charles Ratakele.

It is alleged the woman failed to provide proper care and life supervision for her two-year-old child where the life of the child was likely to be endangered.

Police prosecutor Constable Gajendra Prasad did not object to bail.

The case has been adjourned to October 2, for mention.
