A MAN who is charged with act with intent to cause grievous harm has been further remanded in custody by Judge Justice Daniel Goundar.

Mosese Vosa sometime in June this year in Lakeba, had allegedly assaulted his wife causing her multiple bruises whereby she was hospitalised for three days.

The wife told the court earlier this morning that she had been visiting Mr Vosa in remand centre and wants to continue her relationship with him.

Justice Goundar told her that if she wants to live with Mr Vosa again, then the courts have to ensure that it was a relationship without violence.

The case has been adjourned to September 19, for plea.
