LEKUTU district representative Ovini Baleinamau has questioned the reason of the absence of senior Government representatives at the district’s council meeting yesterday.
Mr Baleinamau said senior officers were not present at the meeting despite being given an assurance of their representation.
He said the officials were being replaced with their junior officials.
According to Mr Baleinamau, those officials needed to attend the meeting to update the council of their statements from the last meeting.
