A 37-YEAR-old man has been found guilty of three counts of rape and one count of sexual assault of his cousin by High Court judge Justice Riyaz Hamza.
The man raped his 10-year-old cousin sister on December 23 and 24, 2015, in Beqa.
Justice Hamza said he did not find the evidence of the accused credible and found that prosecution had proven its case beyond reasonable doubt.
The man has been remanded and the case has been adjourned to this Friday for sentencing hearing.
