THE Bula Festival will be held from July 11 to 18. Seven contestants will take part in the carnival. Festival organising committee president Mohammed Hafiz said this year's festival would liven the town up especially when many families were still struggling to recover from the January floods. Look out for more pictures which will be posted in this gallery during the lead up to the festival.
