THE Yellow Ribbon Project 2009 was launched at the Suva Civic Auditorium by interim Provincial Development Minister Ratu Epeli Nailatikau last week. This year the project will focus on raising awareness among the business sector on the project and how they can assist in making the project a success. At the launch were members of the business sector, ex-inmates, Fiji Prison and Corrections Service officers and members of the various non-governmental organisations. The official launch was followed by lunch at the lower Civic Centre.
