Fiji Red Cross assesses 18 families on Kadavu

THE Fiji Red Cross Society has so far assessed the situation of 18 families who were affected by Severe Tropical Cyclone Keni on the island of Kadavu, south of Fiji.
This was confirmed by the Fiji Red Cross Society’s Operations Manager, Eseroma Ledua, today citing the report sent by the team in Kadavu.
The 18 families who have been assessed are expected to receive their relief supplies within the next 24 hours.
So far during the assessment, no health issue has been highlighted.
