NEWLY-installed customer service kiosks at the Nadi International Airport will give travellers a chance to rate services provided by the Fiji Revenue and Customs Authority staff.
The “Happy Or” machines are located beside the Customs sections in the arrival and departure areas.
FRCA chief executive Jitoko Tikolevu said they were testing the machines for two months.
“I have said many times that we must always play a balancing act between revenue collection, border management, trade facilitation and more importantly, customer services,” Mr Tikolevu said.
He said in more recent years, one of the prime focuses of FRCA was to improve its services.
“We recently appointed a Customer Services Champion and we have also improved our services and processes,” he said.
