Update: 5:16PM THE Fiji Warriors side today paid a visit to students of Draiba Primary School in Nasese with a donation of rugby balls and water bottles.

The event was extra special for the school’s rugby players who were encouraged by the team to work hard and perform their best for the upcoming Kaji rugby competition.

Team coach Senirusi Seruvakula said rugby was a talent and even though not everyone was academically brilliant, giving up was not an option.

“Rugby legends like Waisele Serevi did not give up on his dream, that is why he is where he is today,” Seruvakula said.

“For those of us who are good academically, work hard at it. For those who have a talent and dream in pursuing rugby or any other sport, never give up.

“Our parents work hard to put you in school so you should work harder to get a good job.”

The students at the school were ecstatic to meet the players, play a few rounds of quiz games and collect their autographs.
