Fiji Legends thrash Classic Wallabies 55-14

THE Fiji Legends thumped the Classic Wallabies 55-14 in an exhibition match at Nausori’s Ratu Cakobau Park today.

The Fijians outscored the opponents 9 tries to two.

Evergreen twinkling toes of William Ryder and Neumi Nanuku scored a hatrick of tries each while Lemeki Duidomo and Sireli Naqelevuki scored a brace of tries each.

Fiji led 22-7 at the break.

Rugby union and league dual international Lote Tuqiri scored the Classic Wallabies’ second try.

The match was a curtain raiser to the National Rugby Championship opener between the Fiji Airways Fijian Drua and Melbourne Rising.
