Fiji FACT: Suva drops Nakalevu

SUVA striker Savenaca Nakalevu has been suspended from the Flaw Valves-sponsored Suva football team ahead of the 2018 Vodafone Fiji FACT.

This was confirmed by president Ritesh Pratap.

It is understood that Nakalevu did not join the team camp to prepare for the Fiji FACT campaign.

“I do not think his absence would make any difference in the team since we have other capable players in the team,” he said.

Pratap said Suva was taking the Fiji FACT seriously as the side last won the title in 2012.

Suva will play Lautoka tonight at 6pm at Ratu Cakobau Park in Nausori.
