SODELPA party leader Sitiveni Rabuka has been charged.
Lawyer Lynda Tabuya confirmed this moments ago but we are still awaiting confirmation on the nature of the charge.
Ms Tabuya has, however, confirmed as well that Mr Rabuka is expected to appear in court this afternoon.
Mr Rabuka was earlier taken by FICAC this morning for questioning in relation to what is understood to be on tax issues.
He is still at the FICAC headquarters this hour with Ms Tabuya as his lawyer.
