THE Methodist Church in Fiji and Rotuma’s Sunday School members will take to the stage at Furnival Park, Toorak, tomorrow during the third day of the church’s 2018 Festival of Praise in Suva.

Church secretary for Communications and Overseas Mission the Rev Wilfred Regunamada said the festival, which featured students of primary, secondary schools and tertiary level, had brought about increased togetherness.

“It seems like it is becoming a team bonding thing and it has been growing ever since we have allowed them to participate,” he said.

“Today (yesterday) we started off with our Methodist Youth Fellowship (MYF) and you’ll see that the youths are singing throughout the afternoon and at the end of the singing we will have a youth jam night here and its called ‘Youth Arise For Christ’.”

He said today’s program would feature a church service where all church ministers from around Fiji would be sent to preach in churches in the Suva-Nausori corridor.

Mr Regunamada said the one week program of solevu will end next Saturday.
