This was the message from police for motorists moving around during the school holidays.
Police spokesperson Ana Naisoro made the comment after another accident involving a minivan last Thursday in Lautoka where the minivan veered off-road to avoid collision with a truck.
“It’s better to arrive late than not at all. Drivers are in control and should understand the enormous responsibility they shoulder every time they get into the drivers’ seat,” she said.
