VODAFONE Fiji Limited recently launched the awareness programs on eTransport card top-up service through M-PAiSA on the island of Taveuni.
A statement from the company said this allowed passengers to top-up their own or someone elses eTransport card using their mobile phones.
“We have a number of M-PAISA agents in Tavueni where the public can deposit their money in their M-PAiSA account and use the balance to top their etransport cards later,” the statement said.
“Theis includes Legends Fuel Ltd – Waiyevo, Legends Kiosk Taveuni – Naqara, Suncity Ltd – Wairiki, Dayaram Fakir Ltd – Wairiki, Post Offfice- Taveuni and Courts Fiji Ltd – Taveuni.
“We have seen a quite a few people in Taveuni now using M-PAiSA service to top up their cards.
“This is much more convenient option rather than visiting an eTransport agent to top-up their card every time they need to travel.”
