THE Ministry of Employment, Productivity and Industrial Relations opened its second customer service centre in Suva today.
While officiating at the launch, line minister, Jone Usamate said as a ministry they needed to be responsive towards customers complaints.
“Creating this customers service centre is an example of what we are trying to do to make sure that we are more responsive,” Mr Usamate said.
He said the Ministry has created these services to have a greater impact on its customers.
