Deans Rugby: MBHS favourites in U17

THE Marist Brothers High School Under-17 side will take the favourites tag into the semi-finals of the 2018 Fiji Secondary Schools Powerade Super Deans Rugby competition this Saturday.

The boys from Flagstaff shocked everyone last Saturday as they bundled out last year’s winners Ratu Kadavulevu School 13-11 in the quarter-final.

MBHS will face Queen Victoria School while Lelean Memorial School will play Ratu Navula College in the other semi-final.

Meanwhile, in the Under-18 grade semis, Cuvu College will battle it out with MBHS while Ratu Navula College will play defending champions Ratu Kadavulevu School.

The semi-finals will be played this Saturday at Suva’s ANZ Stadium.
