FIJI Airways Fiji 7s team captain Jerry Tuwai has faith in his teammates and management as the Gareth Baber-coached side strives to win its third HSBC World Rugby Sevens Series and the third World Cup 7s trophy to be held from July 20-22 in San Francisco, US.
Tuwai said he and the players had faith on whatever the trainers and the head coach had planned for them.
“Training has been tough, it has always been intense as we try to move our performance up to another level,” he said.
“After our performance from Singapore — we all needed a rest. Now it’s back to reality, back to the drawing boards, the morning and afternoon trainings, the diet and getting our basic skills intact.”
