Breach of FCCC Act

TWELVE traders in Sigatoka have been served with infringement notices by the Fijian Competition and Consumer Commission (FCCC).
The notices were given by a team from FCCC that is carrying out inspections of businesses and traders to ensure compliance with the FCCC Act 2010.
Commission acting CEO Seymour Singh said the week-long survey began on Monday in Sigatoka with more than 60 inspections carried out.
