The Easter Cricket championship was cancelled yesterday because of the wet weather condition. Moce was to play against Ono-i-Lau in one of the cup quarter-finals.

* Suva Warriors beat Ono-i-Lau by 21 runs

* Lakeba beat Moce by 1 wicket

* Kabara beat Invitational XI by 2 runs

The Nasinu volleyball competition was also cancelled because of rainy weather.

Organisers are hoping for good weather so that they can complete their Easter games. All games will continue tomorrow.

Natabua gold medallist junior long jumper Suliasi Rika jumped a height of 1.82m during the Shop N Save Athletics competition at the ANZ Stadium.

He hopes to break this year’s record in the Coca-Cola Games.
