ELECTIONS officials who have signed their contracts will be given Election official packages containing promotional items for the 2018 General Elections.
This was confirmed by Supervisor of Elections Mohammed Saneem at a press conference held in Suva earlier today
Mr Saneem said the packaged also includes a $15 allowance.
“Those who turn up to receive their packages will be eligible for an allowance of $15,” Mr Saneem said.
“This allowance is NOT deducted from your final pay.”
Mr Saneem added elections officials would only receive their elections packages once they present a copy of their signed contracts.
“For individuals who have been contacted by the FEO, but have not signed their contracts, this is the perfect opportunity to sign up and receive your Election Officials package,” he said.
“These persons will also be eligible for the $15 allowance.”
