NASINU football coach Nathan Shivam has a mammoth task on hand to select his 22-member squad for next month’s Courts Inter District Championship.

Team president Oneil Chand has confirmed that 38 players are training with the team.

“We have all our players from last season as well a number of new ones. We have brought in new players to fit in positions where we thought we needed improvement,” said Chand.

The side is holding one training session around mid-day daily.

Nasinu is pooled with Lautoka, Labasa and Ba at next month’s tournament.

Meanwhile, the extended 30-member squad list is due tomorrow.

Teams will have to submit a 30-member squad to the Fiji Football Association.

The final 22-member will be due next week Friday.

The Courts IDC will be held from at Suva’s ANZ Stadium from October 5-10.
