High Court remands trio charged with aggravated robbery

THREE men charged with a count each of aggravated robbery have been further remanded by the High Court in Suva.

It is alleged that Lasaro Tuberi, Penioni Nakavulevu and Eparama Nagalu robbed Singh’s Supermarket of cash and assorted items to the total value of $102,443.93.

The alleged incident occurred on June 11, 2018, at Naselai in Tailevu.

Judge Justice Chamath Morais has adjourned the matter to October 5 for a plea.
