MORE than 600 students created history for Gospel High School today for being the largest cohort to take part in a cadet passing out parade for the school.

The reviewing officer of the parade, Fiji Navy Commander Humphrey Tawake, said the students had displayed the true spirit of the school.

“You have truly displayed the Gospel spirit with your outstanding performance today for the proud parents of these young cadets passing out today,” Commander Tawake said.

He also congratulated the students for displaying an excellent parade.

School principal Immanuel Prasad said this was indeed a proud moment for the school because they were the only school in Fiji to include students with hearing impairment in their cadet passing out parade.

The school began the cadet training program in 2013.
