36 cocaine packs seized in Makogai

THIRTY six more packs of cocaine was found on the island of Makogai in Lomaiviti three weeks ago.

This was revealed by Police Commissioner Brigadier- General Sitiveni Qiliho who said the Fiji Police Force would soon be providing a boat to the
Eastern Division to conduct raids and monitor remote and uninhabited islands around Fiji.

“So we have police officers going around the islands and we are requesting for people to get in touch with us should they find any illicit drugs,” Brig-Gen Qiliho said.
