THE 2018 Inkk Mobile Battle of the Giants semi final has been confirmed.
In the first semi final at 2pm next Saturday, Suva will play Labasa at Churchill Park after which Ba battles Nadi at 4pm.
The final will be played at the same venue a day later at 3pm.
The pool games produced some sensational battles, and the best of the lot has to be the Ba Lautoka clash.
Lautoka came into the match knowing they needed to score atleast four goals to qualify.
The Blues won the match 2-nil and bowed out of the tournament but not without a fight.
Their match against Ba was nothing less than a final.
Lautoka played of the best games of the tournament and produced some very good chances but the strikers didn’t seem to have their scoring boots on.
Ba and the other three teams will have a week to regroup before the semi finals.
Meanwhile, other results today saw Suva beat Nadi 2-0, Rewa edged Dreketi 3-2 while Labasa thumped Tavua 5-nil.
