Listen to this article:

DIGITISATION efforts involving a number of agencies have been funded at $40million, says Attorney General Aiyaz Sayed-Khaiyum.

He said they were in the process of streamlining the processes of a number of agencies such as the Births, Deaths and Marriage Registry.

“We will also be announcing new internship opportunities to work with the Singapore Cooperation Enterprise to work on the digital Fiji app,” he said.

Mr Sayed-Khaiyum said this would provide young Fijians interested in IT and studying ICT with direct access to a competitive team from Singapore.
